Many students maintain lifelong connections with their teachers, and years later, reflect back on their lessons with gratitude and appreciation. In celebration of this incredible gift of music, we invite you to honor a piano teacher who has made a difference in your life during our Power of a Piano Teacher fundraiser.

 

Now is your opportunity to recognize piano teachers while supporting The New School for Music Study, and our mission to advance excellence in piano teaching and provide access to music education for all. For a starting gift of just $25, your teacher will be listed on a special honorarium page on the NSMS website, and will receive a certificate of recognition. With your permission, your testimonial will also be added to our display at The New School. You may honor as many individuals as you would like.

Where does my donation go?  Your tax-deductible donation will help The New School for Music Study provide needed upgrades to our historic facility. Funds raised will go directly towards carrying out our mission to amplify the power of music in the life of every person regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, or socio-economic status.
